Description BSD Green Office Park GOP 1 is in an area of Ha. This latest office building is part of the BSD Green Office Park area, the first office district in Indonesia that has received the "Gold" Green district certification from BCA Building Construction Authority - Singapore. BSD GOP 1 office building, designed by a leading architect consultant namely Pomeroy Studio Singapore. This 6-story office building has 2 basement floors for parking with a total building area of 59,089 square meters. Within the BSD GOP area there are 9 office buildings and The Breeze a lifestyle mall with a beautiful and unique concept that have Green features, namely Microclimate Optimization, Green Transport and Integrated Parking, and Sustainable Management Practice. The BSD GOP 1 project is complemented by The Campus Courtyard Experience which is a 3,000 m2 garden in the middle of a building with a full canopy. Green features are applied as much as possible in BSD Green Office Park 1. This office building was built will take into account the direction of the north and south winds to reduce solar heat, utilize ventilation air circulation and natural lighting and use green walls and roofs which are certainly environmentally friendly.
